DFP reserves the right to collect and store individual, anonymous or aggregate information about Users who visit its Site as well as Users who submit information by contacting DFP. DFP collects and stores this information to: improve the Site's efficiency and content; analyze trends, process requests for information, products and services; past work and company information; improve marketing efforts; gather broad demographic information for aggregate use; administer the Site and improve client services.

DFP reserves the right to send Users email or postal mail related to DFP, its services or other news related to DFP's industry. Users that do not want to receive e-mail or postal mail from DFP in the future should send an e-mail.

At this time, encryption or security measures are not in use on DFP's Site to fully protect and guarantee communication transmissions and submissions to or from DFP's Site. In compliance with the Childrens Online Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501 - 6506 and 16 C.F.R. §§ 312.1 - 312.12, DFP does not permit children under 13 years of age to become Users of the DFP's Site. DFP does not collect information from children. By using the Site, User represents that User is not under 13 years of age.
